1. Rental Agreement
This rental agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [DATE] by and between Llandudno Shack, ("Lessor") and [GUEST NAME], ("Guest").
2. Reservation and Payment
2.1. To reserve the Llandudno Shack (the "Property"), Guest must submit a reservation request through the website and make full payment online.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
3.2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.
3.3. No Refunds: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date or for no-shows.
4. Occupancy
4.1. The Property is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults.
4.2. A sleeper couch is available for children, but please note that additional guests may impact the overall comfort of the space.
5. Pet Policy
No pets are allowed at the Property due to noise considerations.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Property.
7. Parking
Limited off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking is not guaranteed.
8. Check-In and Check-Out
8.1. Check-in time is after [TIME] on the arrival date.
8.2. Check-out time is before [TIME] on the departure date.
9. Property Use and Care
9.1. Guest agrees to use the Property in a responsible manner and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out.
9.2. Guest is responsible for any damage to the Property or its contents caused by their actions or negligence.
10. Rescheduling
9.1. Rescheduling of the booking is permitted, subject to availability, provided the request is made more than 30 days prior to the original arrival date.
11. Disclaimer
Lessor disclaims any liability for any loss or damage to Guest's personal belongings during their stay at the Property.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written
